Willl 580cc Injectors maximize EVO3 Turbo?

550, 580, 660?
I'm leaning towards the 580's and hope that it will push the Evo3 turbo to 21 psi. Any suggestions?

If your wanting to run that high of boost I would honestly consider running 660's.

alright...sounds good. The reason why 580's because Extreme Psi has them for $280 or $290. The 660 are around $309.

The EVOIII doesn't flow a whole lot more than the big16g. 580's will be fine and easier to tune.

On my small 16g @20 psi on 92 octane, I'm at 87% duty cycle on 680's @ 50 psi fuel pressure, my emanage is set for 750cc injectors.

I'd go with the 660's.

Couple of reason's, first I have a walbro 255 which overruns the stock fpr, so I got a B&M comand flo and turned the base pressure up to where I was overrunning to. This makes tunning much easier because my fuel pressure is linear. Second if I didn't have the fuel pressure that high I'd have to set my emanage for around 640cc injectors (the PTE injectors I have flow much less than advertiesed, there was a thread around some where I saw where a guy sent some to RC to get flow tested and this was the average flow), which would bring my duty cycle up much higher than I'm comfortable with.

ya dude the 580's will be just fine. they might be getting close to their max-output but they will definately be able to handle it.

The Hahn 625s are rated at higher FP and maybe even higher duty cycle as well. Most reports I've seen say that they flow more like 550s. The 580s, if they're PTE injectors, will also probably flow more like 550s because they're supposedly rated at 90-100% duty cycle, I'm told. I just picked up a set of PTE 780s, which should flow about like 750s.
