Evo 16g's are $400 used. s16g's are hard to give away under $300.
So with the millions of versions of the 50 trim out, why aren't 20g prices coming down.
Think they ever will?
I want a tdo6h 20g but dang they're more then 50 trims and you can't find a bolt on one for a 1g used anywhere.
You guys need to go buy a new shiney 50 trim and sell me your old 20g :D

I found 3 used 50 trims in the classifieds and on dsmtrader. The price of a new 20g will probably never come down anywhere near a 16g. Look around and you can find a used 50 trim or a 20g for around 500-600.

Know why you never find used 20g's? Because they rock. They are old school technology that works and the people that have them don't want to give them up. They are proven to last, make tons of power and net good times. I see so many "new" hybrids popping up everyday that end up just being rehashed Frank turbos that fail and people running low 13's on "50 trim" setups that it makes me sick. I would rather pay more for something that is proven to work and work well (6H20g, Green, Red) than pay less for an inferior product. Just my .02 though. :thumb:

 I have noticed I can't even find the 'correct' 20g in most places.
What happend to a good old fashion tdo6 20g, internally gated with a mitisbushi water/oil center thats a direct bolt up to the manifold, o2 housing and water/oil lines for a 1g.
Stupid hybrid turbo's. Have to buy a t3/t4 manifold or external to get them to work.
To go from a evo 16g to a 20g is a big price jump for the amount gained!

Ok. I'm done venting

i was going to go with a 20g on my 93 tsi awd like i used to have on my 92 gst but chose not to and went with the evo3.

amazingly when I sold my USED 20g, I could have bought a brand new evo3 the next day with the money i got for the used 20g.

they are pretty expensive but are good turbos.
