Will 99+ gallant strut assemblies fit a 2g

ok guys just like it says I'm looking to see if i can use gallant struts or I should say coilovers from a gallant, seeing as they dont make gravel rally suspension for 2gs and they do for 99+ gallants.

1999 Galants have a McStrut setup. You have a Multi-Link setup. Research more.

ok, dont have to be an ... about it thats why I'm asking on here, so is there any other Mitsubishi's that have the same set up?

The 94-98 Galant in North America, and also the 8g Galant in Japan. Maybe that is the Galant you are thinking of when you say 99+?

You aren't likely to find a gravel or rally suspension for a 2g largely because a 2g doesn't have the front suspension travel you'd want in a rally car. There is a reason they used a McStrut in all the Evos. It isn't quite as good as the multilink front on tarmac but it can handle big bumps and jumps better.

Depending on your level of commitment to your current platform you may be able to do a McStrut setup in your 2g with a lot of work and research. Really though if you want to rally a DSM go get a 1g.
