Wierd chirp

About 2 weeks ago i installed a 2g throttle body elbow, now ever since it makes this wierd high pitch chirp when i let off the gas, this happens at about 50% throttle or more. its not bov cause it happens right after and some times its not even in boost and it chirps when i take my foot off quick, any help???

About 2 weeks ago i installed a 2g throttle body elbow, now ever since it makes this wierd high pitch chirp when i let off the gas, this happens at about 50% throttle or more. its not bov cause it happens right after and some times its not even in boost and it chirps when i take my foot off quick, any help???

It is caused by the direction the air enters the tb after the elbow. I have seen this on several car and the remedy is easy if the noise bothers you. Remove the tb elbow grind lightly on the inside of the radius to smooth out airflow. A dremel with a sanding barrel or a flap wheel will be all that you need. You just need to make enough change to change flow path of the air around the radius.
