Wideband reading wrong

Ok Im only firing 3 injectors. #4 injectorisnt firing. Bad injector? or something else?

with the car running pull on injector pigtail off at a time to figure out which one is the problem the injector is stuck closed that could be the cause of all your problems

thanks...this helped

Yeah I just orderred injectors. Before they come in Im going to change injector 3 and 4 around to see if its the injector it self.

ok i havent gotten a chance to doa new log yet. But I found 3 pin holes in the IC it self, patched them today but havent installed it. Friday on my way to work I got I wanna say bad fuel cut. I couldnt give it any throttle past 30mph. If the boost gauge read 0 boost/hg it would cut out bad, the wide band was reading 17 to --- when i reached 0 on boost gauge. Can this all be because of bad boost leak or improper tuning for gm maf?

Do a boost leak test with some soapy water get them all fixed and then start tuning.

You cant tune with a hole in the intake system!

I looked at your idle log and i see that your idling in open loop and its not locked in open loop in your settings...

Also if i was you i would just replace your front 02 with your wideband and then do NB02 sim and log the wideband in link.

Iv done 3 boost leak tests now. I havent gotten to put it back together since ifixed the IC. I got called out of state for the weekend. Im going to have it back together in a few days and retest it.

the 17:1 is because u have a dead cylinder

yes i fixed that already.

Well all boost leaks gone but 1. Im not worried about that one because its in the thermastat housing. Im definatly getting fuel cut. Why out of the blue i have no idea. I couldnt get a 3rd gear pull but heres a idle log at temp.

EDIT

Ok I deside to try running the stock MAS. Well i can do 70mph but at sign of light boost(under 5 lbs) and 3k to 3500rpms I hit fuel cut. Wideband will read 17.5 to --- at the moment boost starts.

This sounds like my exact issue http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/newbie-forum/393156-sputtering-fuel-cut-under-boost.html did i end up gettig faulty plugs and wires?

Yes just log your TPS volts and adjust it too .63 volts.

I think this has a TPS adjustment example. http://www.ecmtuning.com/demos/initialsetup.html

Basically you just enable tps adjustments then you make a log with the engine not running. Then give it 100% throttle and back to 0%. Then you right click and press TPS adjust and vioala. Anywhere between 0.61v and 0.65v is fine at 0% throttle. but at WOT make sure it reads 5.00v on your logs.

well tps working fine. I changed a few things and now car wont even idle. I deleted all vac, blocked egr, deletes charchole canister and installed a walbro 255. Im lost i dont see why that makes my car not idle. Im installing a afpr but cant finish it till i get a fitting. Would it not idle ### stock fpr cant hols up with the 255?

It should still idle. It takes a while to over run the stock FPR with a wally 255. I've had my stock FPR on for 3 months with no issues so far.

Thats what I thought. Unless my stock fpr was my problem from the get go. I fires up hits 2k rpms and then dies. Im stumped from what i read deleteing vac lines(the 4 on tb) and charchole canister shouldnt cause this. I also took the 2 silonoids out which is part of the egr and fpr. I will be running a afpr and hopefully tomorrow I can get it fully installed. I also removed the fuse box for AC but that shouldnt effect it.

Anyone close to madison WI??? i could use another good brain. Mine is shot from personal issues Im dealing with atm.

I was hitting what felt like a brick wall when trying to boost because I installed the wrong Walbro, I guess there is a difference between 1g and 2g. Did you get the screw that holds the walbro from going up and down (I think its on the bottom if I remember right). As soon as I started building boost the fuel pump would push itself away from the o-ring and bam lean and it felt like the car was falling on its face.
Also 2nd thing is I didn't catch what BOV your running but I had a bad o-ring in the bov that didn't show itself except for when it wanted to.

Stock BOV. No screw never seen it or heard of it with the 1g's or 2g's. Im hoping its my fpr.

Uh, you realize that fuel cut has nothing to do with fuel, right? You could have kept the stock fuel pump in there, or put a pump in there that supports 1000hp, and your results would have been the same. Fuel cut is based on air, not fuel. Please don't post if you don't know what you are talking about.

And all that bullshit about boost and the fuel pump "pushing" itself away from the O-ring.....good lord. The INSTANT you turn the car on, if the o-ring was bad, it would leak fuel and you would have shit fuel pressure. Boost has NOTHING to do with that at all.

Go read up before you spew anymore mis-information. Thank you.

Well i got ot running again but still cant hit full throttle. I think its due to my maf not tuned. I have it set to 3" gm maf but havent changed anyother settings. Could this be the reason for sputtering after 50% throttle? I will post a 3rd gear log tomorrow.

Pictured is the screw that I didn't have installed, second picture is where the fuel pump seats into the mount. Below 3500 rmp's fuel pressure was normal, as soon as car started making boost (3500k) AFR shot max lean and the car would buck, backfire and no further. Installed the correct walbro with the screw and no more lean spike and fuel pressure stayed normal through redline.

Thats almost the issue Im having. At sign of boost 2500 to 3k rpm it cuts out or bucks like hell depending on throttle position. I cant give it more than 16% throttle or it cuts out/bucks bad.

heres another log I put stock maf back in and did a 3rd gear pull(if you wanna call it a pull)
