that is hands down a great looking car. I even like the headlight, and I am not a fan of the aftermarket lights. What I dont understand is the missing marker lights. Im flaming in any way, but it is an eye sore. Either way Im sure theres a reason why theyre missing, hopefully it was on temporary... :thumb::thumb: this one gets two!

Yea right. You have a nice 2g spyder. Its just not thatttt nice. :tease: BTW, do you ever come up my way in reading, because i saw a very similar 2g spyder that hauled ass. It was nighttime, and you would remember.

Yeah actually I do every so often. When was this? aaand after looking at your info, your car is definitely faster than mine

You know, people tell me I have a nice car, but whenever its MY CAR Im never happy with it so it seems. I guess its bc I see and drive it just about everyday, and notice the small things and so on. Some days I love that car, and some days I hate it. I dont understand that damn thing. Itll run great, amazing, then out of nowhere start acting up really bad for a short time period, and then do it all over again. I have a lot stuff on it to go over. Ive been pretty lazy with it. I need to do a boost leak test ASAP, but Im trying to find someone with experience to assist. Right now Im not working, so I can get alot done between this and my Jeep. I set an easy goal of May to have it atleast close to where I want it.



aaaand I cant stop staring at the blue 2g. Ive seen many painted that color, Im thinking its the Si electron blue or atleast close, and IMHO I have never liked that color on our cars... Until now

edit: ooooh and I also just noticed thats a mirror image, check the hump in the hood... tricky shit

My personal Mechanic is the reason. I got into Dsm's after totalling my 91 turbo mr2 :(. He has built motor and 30r plus plenty more. Riding in that car always made me want a dsm. After getting into one and getting on here there are way to many cars to list as inspiration now. I'm willing to say dsmtuners, has more mag worthy cars than any other car forum out there. Keep up the good work guys!

When I say "stance" I mean the ride height and offset of the wheels. It definitely needs some wider tires. :cool:

Vw guys stretch there tires all the time for looks, its refreshing seeing it done to a dsm. Does anyone know the specs of that wheel and tire set-up.

I would have to say my insperation came from SinaiTSi. He had one of the most gorgeous 1g's I remember because it was so simple yet classy. Makes me sad he sold it, I would have bought it in a heart beat if I had known.

Just because it's an eclipse, doesn't mean it deserves the honorable mention as a dsm. At least it's boosted and black on black.
 
im goin to pull a local car and go with dans. i have seen it many times on our local forum here in michigan and i love his car,its 100% sex! one of the cleanest nicest dsm's i have seen

My second favorite color option...right after the black cherry! The two tone looks great and you've kept it clean. Of course the photo quality helps alot too. Feel free to pm me more pics of it. I might be buying a similar shell...
