Automatic transmission. Basically the same as using the shifter every time you want to upshift, so you can hold a lower gear further in the rpms.

Theres a little box towards the top of the bottom list of links. It says "Include Links". Uncheck that box and it will get rid of that advertising underneath all of your pictures.

Couple pictures of my newer shell. I had a very rusted 95 awd and I picked up this 96 awd shell for $1,800. It came with the tranny, axles, transfer case, rear end, stock wheels, 255 pump, -8an line from the tank to the rail, KYB AGX shocks, Ground Control coilovers, full Thermal exhaust, and a few other parts. The car sat in a garage for the last few years and has 64,000 on the body. A buddy and I swapped everything off my old car onto the new one. This is the finished project. Have some plans for it over the winter as it sits in my garage. Also, getting the front bumper repainted to actually match the color of the car.
