Which rims / tire size is this?

Trying to find a good 5 spoke gloss black rims like the ones in this picture as well as the tire size, any ideas on what they are? 18"? Is there any good websites online to shop for rims and tires or any well known local spots that are comparable?

They look to be somewhere around a 245/30/18. As for wheel shopping, google the lug pattern and it should bring up many sites selling wheels in that pattern.
