Which is better?

I search and search but no answer... I am trying to find out what is better, an o2 external wastgate, or an exhaust manifold external wastgate setup... Or does it matter

Exhaust Manifold External Gate at the collector is the best.

Exhaust Manifold External Gate at the collector is better. I plan on buying one once i switch my setup to t3/t4.
