Which GSXs had rear LSD from factory?

I am currently on the search for a 2g GSX and I was wondering which year model GSXs came out with factory LSD?
I searched through Google and VFAQ but couldnt find specifics.

95 eclipse is 40/60 with lsd
95 talon is 50/50 with lsd
