which boost controller to go with?

hey guys i wanna spend 2-300 on a controller preferably digital. i see all kinds of cheap ones floatin round the net and just dont know whats good. i have a internal wastegate on my 16g so i need a good controller. manual or digital doesnt matter just needs to be in that price range and the best i can get for the money that will actually work great. let me know guys.
