which 02 to use?

Hey, i've recently started using a datalogger. I'm still learning what everything means and what values are the best to see. I am given the option to use the 02-R and 02-F. I see that everyone else's just says 02. Which one do I use for tuning? When I used my 02-F, I just get a reading of 3.04V and nothing else. Is something wrong? I assume 02-R is the 02 sensor in the middle of my exhaust. I am running an open 02 at the moment so I know the readings cant be right. Thanks for the help

The front reads what's coming out of the engine. The rear reads how well the cataclysmic diverter is working.

if the car you're logging on is the 1g listed under your name, then you'd have to use the o2-F because 1g's only came with one o2 sensor. as for why you're just getting a 3.04v reading, sorry i cant figure that one out either. also which logger are you using? make sure you're tuning with a logger made for the OBD-1 ECU that the first gens have.

yep, by the lookds of the pictures on ebay you do have to use o2-r...i was wrong.

ok...thats what I will use. I am running open 02 housing, will this effect my reading?

what do you mean you are running open o2 housing? do you mean you have a o2 dump or you have no downpipe hooked up to it?
