2G Where to Feed Oil Feed Line

My turbo was built by RACTurbo and it was made after the gt3071. They gave me a 6an restrictor so wondering if I run my feed from the head with or without the restrictor or if I can go from the OFH with a restrictor?

Assuming it's one of the many Chinese Garrett GTX imitations on the market today which are all nearly identical yet branded under many small-name shops as "their own" product, you'd oil it the same as if it were a Garrett GTX which would mean no more than 40psi of pressure at the inlet from a restricted source.
