Where to buy a 2g front wind splitter (front lip)

All the ones im finding are not specificly fit for an eclipse, and the ones I do find that are are like 200-300$?!?! im just looking for a simple front wind splitter, nothing big and obnoxious; one that is similar to the TOTalon one and also I have a grille and want the support bars that attatch to the grille. Anyone have any good reviews or tips?!!? thank you

I know I am not supposed to say use the search function but I saw a write up somewhere about making a homemade splitter for under fifty bucks. I can't remember where exactly I saw it but it looked really nice and the guy got all the stuff at Home Depot.

I know it doesn't exactly split anything, Firsts Tuner said he heard something about the Home Depot lip so I posted that.. A splitter, much like i have on my TC2 front end -
