London,
Alright I got a buddy that wants to sell me a cable that he says will plug into your diagnostic port and the other end plugs into your palms serial port. well I have a sony clie but i used to have a palm and i dont remember a serial port on them (older lapptops have them but he says it wont work with laptops) he says he gots the software for it too my question is what palm piolets have this serial port like hes talking about
thanks
Brad :)

as far as cables, there are 2 parts to the logger setup.

one cable, the actual logger cable, has the end that plugs into the actual diagnostic port on the car.

the other cable plugs into the the end of the logger cable and actually is the one that plugs into the sync port on your palm.

two cables, one palm= data logger setup.

hope that helps.

ahhh so theres a wire missing then? he only has the one wire that goes into the car and into a serial hmmm is there a place that i could find the other wire?
Brad :)
