Where can I purchase "Illuminated center tail light piece"

Does anyone have any idea if you can buy this custom piece anywhere, I've been looking forever and have no luck.. Thank you

The center piece does not come illuminated from anywhere. Even all the aftermarket versions don't, they just stick reflectors in the piece. The only real way to get it illuminated is to modify the section with LEDs (or any bulbs they'll fit).

Hey thanks a bunch guys, I posted this because I recently saw one on eBay and I think it's extremely sharp, two days left on bid and I think I'm going down. Ill just do it myself, thanks.
