where can I purchase a AWD tranny??

my tranny just went out last saturday at the drag strip, I need a new one fast but not sure where to start! i have a 1990 eclipse gsx AWD turbo with a GVR4 motor. (same thing, i know). i checked ebay but hesitating because my last transaction with ebay was all bad! Theres none on sale in the classified's here also. i'm basically looking for a shop that sells imported engine's and stuff from japan. So, if you know any in california, give me there numbers! thanks!

I believe TRE has one on sale for 700 or 800. Look it up if you want to. From what I remember, it is ready to ship but, I would call and check to be sure as I am not sure how updated their site is.

I have been out of the game for a while "driving mercedes" so i forgot the spline count for a 90, but anyways
search on car-part.com i just did a quick search and found a bunch ranging from 400.00 to 1000.00 hope that helps man.
