When timing the engine.....?

Hello all, I have a question about timing. If the exhaust cam gear is turned one tooth back (counter clock wise) from being dead on with alignment of the intake cam. What degree of retard is the exhaust cam?

1 tooth is about 7 degrees if I remember correctly.

okay, thanks.. I was thinking of doing a "poor mans" cam retard. but as it turns out it would be way to much timing.
