Where is the easiest way to undo the clutch line when pulling the trans? Is it the one under the fuse box where the flex line and hard line meet? because thats where I'm trying... and its frozen solid

just remove the slave cylinder. its two bolts.

and unbolt the bracket if the line runs through it and leave it in the car

I would suggest wrapping the slave in tape so if you hit the clutch it doesnt extend and wreck it.
