wheels locking up

my car does fine but after driving for about twenty minutes the wheel will start locking up when i go arround turns, I thought that this was my center diff so i bought and installed a different tranny and it still does the same thing any ideas?

All wheels, some wheels, one wheel? Sounds like it may be a problem with your brakes or a bearing?
