Looking into buying new wheels and have searched both dsmtuners and dsmtalk for what I am looking for but I want to see if anyone else is running the same setup. I wan't to know if 18x8.5 wheels with a 35mm offset wrapped in 225x40 front and 235x40 rear on a stock 2g suspension will fit.

Crappy picture but you get the idea. Evo x gsr wheels 18x8.5 38 offset 225/45 all around. I would have loved to have run a meatier 245 or even 255 tire but my car is too low :/ 35 offset would poke out a little, depending on how low you are you may need to slightly pull the fenders.

I'm stock height right now but do plan on going lower. I was just worried about knuckle clearance but based on what you run, they should work just fine

I don't know if this will help or not but I've got XXR530's, 17 x 8.25 with 35 offset. 235/45 tires. Car is lowered. Tires clear the knuckles no problem. I had fender rub in the rear, fenders have been rolled. No fender rub in the front.
