I was just wondering some of your guys opinions on wheel color. I'm trying to switch it up a bit, I have the stock 2g gst wheels, which I painted black. They look good but its getting kind of old. What other color would look good with the color of my car?? (check avatar or other pictures).

I really can't picture a green car with gold wheels. I don't know how it would look. You have a difficult color to find good wheels for so I'd stick with silver or black.

black with silver lip

I say either black chrome, black, silver or chrome. I'm not too sure how gold would look with the green car. But if I had to pick one I would say probably black.

I can't say that the lip does anything for me, especially the chrome lip. If your car doesn't have chrome on it, then I don't think the wheels should either. If you have black on the car, then black chrome rims will help give you that almost chrome look but not be too flashy.

With the dark green, black tinted windows, the black housing headlights, I think a version of black rims will give it a clean look. With Silver or something flashy people will see the rims and they won't flow with the car. I can't say for the Gold, some cars can just play the gold wheels sick, 350Z with the deep dish, WRX for sure, and a couple others.

There is a lot of powder coat shops that are starting to do the black chrome, I know that Wheel Innovations here in Jacksonville, along with 1 other shop. My last truck was a 2004 Dodge Ram Quad "Night Runner" with the stock black chrome 20", and my buddy's TL Type S has them as well and they are sick. I am saving up to have my stockers powder coated BC. Good luck with your decision, these are all just are opinions, its really up to you and what you want to do with it!

Gold or Bronze. I'm leaning more towards bronze, it looks good on any color DSM

^^^very good idea. I'm new to this forum but is there a photoshop thread anywhere?
