alright i'm having brain farts here guy's, my latest project was hacking at my drive side door panel and molding in a gage pod... i'm out of idea's... i have lots of fabric left over and some other crap i was playing around with.. anyone have a few idea's that might be iight for a 1g ?

is it just me or does that pod that sits on top not look like the guages are even aimed towards the driver but more towards the window? Anyways it still looks good and I always appreciate a good fiberglass job.

well that's not too bad but with a 1g dash i dont think it would workout too well... i'm not lookin for any more gauge holders, but im talkin somthin extreme.... just some shit u don't see ya kno

those gauges are set up so the cars in the passing lane can see them

and no, that wouldnt work as easily in a 1g since the dash has the black seperate peice. would take a little extra work

well i've come up with a new idea guys, i'm going to take the whole dash out and mold it into 1 piece, i'm going to put a 10x10 screen on the pass side, and mod the glove box for a car computer. i was thinking a debian 3.0r4 machine would be pretty tight to have... sure it's a waste of money but i'm BORED god damnit .

heh, somthing like that.... I took a new job and i'm getting a 50k sign on bonus so i'm hopin to get an evo 8 MR or a 9 maybe even an FQ400, somthin along those 3, id like to keep my 1g as well so i figure a few extra bucks can't hurt to add a few new cool things

alright guy's i truely thought this 1 threw for awhile yesterday heh i'm going to do a targa top, i already have a sun roof but shit why not? im going to grab some titanium tubing to re-enforce the body after cuttin the roof off then i'm going to take the roof to my buddys shop and have him make me 1 just like it out of alum so it will be real light but strong what do you guys think ? has anyone done this project on a 1g befor if so got any pointers?

re-enforce the body after cuttin the roof off

might want to enforce the body before cutting the roof off. if you cut the roof off, the car will lose some strength and start to bend.

if done right, should turn out good

not has easy as it sounds. dre with the infamous pumpgas queen GSX did the targa top conversion. took quite a while and required alot of frame reinforcement...
