What size Cometic HG for a stock bored 6bolt

Trying to order a set of arp head studs/cometic hg off of extreme psi. I have a JDM stock 6 bolt bottom end I am going to put in the car what bore size and what thickness is best? Heres the link of options:

Same bore as any other 7 bolt or any 4g63. My word of advice is pass on the cometic they are horrible. Either use a mitsu or felpro composite or a mitsu or felpro MLS. Don't forget if your head and deck surface do not meet the requirements of the gasket it will never seal.
