what size is the rear O2 sensor i can't find a wrench that fits . any help is much appreciated.

How about the standard O2 socket, available at most auto parts stores?

ok tried that. it was fun and all but the socket just bowed out and slipped around the O2 sensor. any tips on getting this thing out?

Heat and PB Blaster. Box wrench and piece of pipe as required.

If you swing by a muffler shop, they'll have it out really quick, really cheap.

Yeah, you are gonna have to go with the heat and PB blaster. IF you are really one to gamble, throw an electric impact wrench on there



Or you can have the muffler shop do it

well i sprayed on the PBblaster about 5 times in one day. i tapped it with a hammer. heated it with a torch and it came out. it wasn't easy but it came. thanks everybody for the help. my new buschur 2.5" sounds good.
