i was just curious at about where the needle should be on my oil pres gauge on a 90 talon when at idle, when cruising, and when at wot
when i am at wot it is right at the line before the h and when i am crusing it is at the droplet at the tip of the picture of the oil can
 
It'll be variable between cars. My 95 drops to nothing at idle and is just above half while running. The 93 is about ¼ at idle, and over half when running. Now you know why the new cars with "oil pressure gauges" are made to run at half or three-quarters gauge all the time. It keeps people from bugging the service manager.
