what should i upgrade to next i already have front mount, 255 fuel pump, bov, k&n air filter, exhaust and turbo timer i was wondering what should i do next i am planing on changing all the fluids to full synthetic so it would be nice to here what you guys think

First you need an afpr to go with your 255. Your overrunning the stock fpr. I would look for some bigger injectors and a way to tune, either safc or dsmlink. If you go the safc route, look for some 550's or 650s.
This way your fuel system will be up to par so you can upgrade the turbo. And tune.
Do you have a logger yet?

+1 for the new FPR and bigger Injectors. You may want to think about upgrading the Turbo in the near future, but you gotta make sure your fuel is up to the task first.

Yah, but if you get fpr and injectors you have to get something to tune them with and all this starts gettiong very expensive. Start with telling us your final hp goals and what you are primarily using the car for eg. weekend warrior,dd, drag monster. Second if you're just looking to make some decent power look into a hahns race craft super 16g. Mine is great, no boost creep, ran nice with stock injectors and had the capability of making 350hp.

First: if you have a 255lph pump you MUST have a AFPR .
Second: I hope that you are not venting your BOV unless you have a blow-thru set up.
Third:Re-wire the fuel pump isn't a must but will help a lot.
Fourth: if completed the 3 above, than next step is to upgrade turbo(16g,FP3052,etc)+ injectors(660cc+)+MBC(hallman,etc)+get some tuning device (SAFC,DSMLink, etc)

well i may be getting a maf trans or dsm link still not sure so that will be my way to tune i think i will get some injectors from a friend 550 and there is a brand new bullseye turbo for way cheap so i think i will do that and a boost controller

I looked at your profile and Im assuming you are still running the T25, do what these other guys said and at least upgrade to a 14B, if you stick with a MHI turbo you can ditch that turbo timer, the mitsu turbos are water cooled also, no need for the timer.
