What "should" I be running with these mods?

I know every car is different, but I just wanted to see if this is way too slow for the mods that I have.

Best ET run:
2.173 60ft
6.265 330ft
9.697 1/8
72.1 mph
15.265 1/4
79.28 mph

Best trap speed run:
2.276 60ft
6.423 330ft
9.831 1/8
72.34 mph
15.419 1/4
89 mph

mods are in my sig

translator settings are:
base 1 click lean 5%
idle 4 clicks rich 20%
mid 3 clicks lean 15%
wot 3 clicks lean 15%

I launched by power-braking about 4~5sec. Best ET run I hit 16psi @3k
rpm before launch on the T25, best trap speed run I just power-brake
at around 2.5k and launched without building a lot of boost. (don't
know the actual number)

Car feels like timing is pulled on launch until after 4.5k rpm. Then
every shift the timing is pulled really bad. I was running 100 octane
race gas mixed with 91 pump. (about 96 after mixing) Even with the
T25, I should be getting better ET and trap speed. Any ideas?

This is the log for the best trap speed, the logger crapped out on the
best ET run. I already leaned out 20% on the WOT, I was afraid to go
lower. The super rich condition is probably from the post MAF boost
leak.

Thats sounds about right with the T25 you are probly gitting mad knock....

That is about what I ran with the t25. Only difference is my 60ft was a 1.9

Jason

The T25 is problaby just running out of power at 4.5K. Your profile says you're stock. I ran a 15.1 stock at 92mph. I problaby had a faster trap speed being fwd. Pretty much catch up compared to an AWD's faster launch.

I ran many 2.0 60fts with my fwd. My best Et was 14.2 at 96-97 mph.

My mods
17psi actuator
N1 downpipe
N1 exhaust
ported mani and turbine housing
SAFC
550's
Apexi fmic
all hard piping
Apexi filter
shift kit

with my turbo xs boost controller i was spiking at 23-24psi

Jason, how did you launch your car? Being A/T AWD, I always thought I have the advantage of launching with full boost and getting a good 60ft. But my best 60ft was 2.173, it should be less than 2.

Zex4g63, your'e running 23 psi on a T25? Doesn't T25 get extremely inefficient above 16psi? I don't have any personal experience in running that much boost on T25. All the boards all said to keep it under 16 or I'll just get knock and timing pulled. Maybe I should do some pulls with more boost and some race gas.

When I ran it I just brake tq'ed about 10lbs and went. At the time my girlfriend was in the car (never been down the track) full tank of gas, all interior and the luggage (lots of it, at the shootout). My ET was around 15.4 or.5 I can't remember. Mods at the time:

no cat
UICP
MBC - set at like 16 or 17 psi
3" from the o2 back to a 2 1/4" muffler (don't ask, muffler shop screwed me)

Everything else stock. I could have easily launced with more boost, but wasn't really ready with her in the car. I was trying to explain it all too her at the same time. You know how that goes..LOL

Jason

I'm guessing my boost leak played a big role in my slow times. Almost everyone have a faster time than mine with less or similar mods. Time to rebuild that leaky TB.

It was a just a boost spike in the midrange. It will not hold that much boost for long. With the actuator it would hold about 16-17 psi till redline. I would say knock was at minimum or none at all. Timing always built back up to 14 degrees after each shift which as you know when these cars shift the timing goes to zero. I tried to get rid of spike at one time and it just resulted in a slower car.
