What shop do you recommend?

I'm buying this car for $5500 and he just had the cooling system replaced and when he put it all back together he said its idling rough.(car was orig. 10k) Anyway where should I take it and have it fixed and checked out? I live near pittsburg PA. John Shepard, Slowboy racing, and buschur are near me. Here are the mods please tell me what you all think.
