What settings do you have for your cam gears?

Hey guys, I have a question for the 1g n/t owners who have adjustable cam gears. What are some of the settings that you are using with your set-up that has produced some pretty good results? I am interested to see if there is a pattern with performance gains and hopefully use this thread as a referance for others inquiring in the future.

Nobody out there running adjustable cam gears? I figured this might be a popular subject since there hasn't been any forums about this in the past.
