I know it's an air filter but is there a specific name? I need one for my Apexi AVCR. Where can I find one as well?

Try a motercycle shop they have all sorts of small fuel filters (that work just fine for air)

Your local parts store should carry that or something similar, just tell them you're looking for a vacuum line filter.

It's really not needed for your avcr, you can use it without one.
