Hahaha, well atleast you then have the chance to make it better. I tore my car down to the bare shell this summer, I was going to be building it back up over the fall/winter/spring/early summer, but I got accepted into UTI(yes, Ive gotten all the urinary track infection remarks) so its being put off till being finioshed by the end of summer of 08, so when its finished I will be going to the lebannon raceway, and I would test your stuff then, Ive got no problem with driving Wish I had a DSM shop that needed testing done on products close by me.

Also what about metal rad. pipes that are fashioned after stock 1G, and 2Gs, as well as custom ones for those people running tubular headers.

why does no one make these for our cars?

i see them on nissans and honda's all the time.

i'd buy a set if someone put them on the market.
Would be easy money for anyone with a mandrel bender.

I agree. Why not make some metal radiator hoses? Granted, they'd need their flex points, but I'm sure it's been worked out at some point.

Or just an aftermarket Rad. hose kit for 1g's and vr4's period. No one makes them.

I keep seeing nice red and SS braided ones on 2g's and i get jealous.

consider it done guys, I'll start on a prototype this week and see what I can come up with probably a polished stainless steel set-up of some sort. I need a unbiased tester though, first email I recieve gets the job

Haha, figures you need a tester on the piece I thought of, and I cant even test it...damn me for pulling apart my car.

they would be fine for street use. I made up a similer set for a mustang we turbo'd, they turned out pretty decent. I never really thought about making a set up for a dsm

I think for 1g's it's not a bad idea. We have absolutely no option for aftermarket rad lines. Unless we custom cut silicone, or turn everything AN and run fat SS braided. Having something premade isn't a bad idea IMO. I know if they look good i'm totally down for a set.
