Alright, I would like to get my injectors flow tested because i dont know if they are 650cc or not, but they told me i need to tell them what fuel pressure to test them at. He said he does most tests at 43.something psi or 3bar. Anyway here is my setup. I have an evo 16g w/supporting mods and a walbro 190lph pump. What should i tell him to test the injectors at?

thanks

Thats the thing, i dont even know what im running at. About how much more pressure would i be running with the 190.

Your stock pressure is 43. Thats what you run other wise you will have hugh tunning issues. And thats with the vacuum hose off, set it at 43 and then put the vac. hose back on it will drop to about 36 while under vacuum. Now under boost it should raise 1lb. for every lb. of boost.

Ex. 20 lbs. of boost = 63lbs. of fuel pressure.

It's actually 43.5psi, or 3bar, is what most injectors are benchmarked at. There will be no tuning issues if you run a higher or lower base, you will just have to run slightly more duty cycle to get enough fuel in. I'm running 33 base, but only because we messed up setting the base pressure before we tuned it.
