1G What EGR port? :)

Started off my bead blasting the whole thing to clean it up. Inside matches the outside now.

Cut off the ears for the EGR, smoothed it out, made some plugs out of some thick aluminum plate I had laying around, prepared the surface and welded it up, then ground down and re-blasted. I also removed some of the casting flash and markings.

Tempted to smooth over the whole thing then bead blast it...opinions?

Thank you, im a TIG welder but i dont do much with aluminum.

It's an extra manifold I had laying around so I figured I'd do a little work on it and replace the one on my engine with it this winter. Planning on doing something similar with an extra throttle body I have too, deleting the unused ports and what not, smoothing it over getting rid of casting flash etc.
