Alright, I've looked over this chart:

Eclipse Talon Laser Galant 3000GT Stealth ECU ID Reference

and I can not find what ECU I have

Here are a few numbers.

You must be logged in to view this image or video.

RED = E518A

BLUE = MH6111/E857

GREEN = M59107J/E310

PINK = 657M8

Apparently this is a refurbished unit according to the sticker on the casing. There is no part number on the casing.

There are 2 fields which were printed on

Number: 2-6209
DC Code: 0605KK

Any help is appreciated. Thanks

I assume you mean the white connector is printed with 6578M.
That's the identification that matters. The rest of then are interesting to know.

Looking that up on my list you linked to shows it's a 6/90-6/92 Federal AWD MT - MD166262 E2T36578.

For a 92 Federal AWD AT you want a MD165531 E2T36582.

You asked in PM about sticking 450cc injectors in since you have a MT ECU. If you still have the AT fuel pressure regulator it would make the 450cc injectors run right about 450cc and not the 411cc that they run with the manual FPR so your AFR is be richer than stock. The trims will fix that in closed loop but not in open loop. With the AT injectors the car will be a little leaner all the time but again the trims will adjust for idle and cruising but be on the lean side at WOT which is what most people do by tuning.

It's the code for managing the idle on a AT setup that I find most valuable in the AT ECUs. The rest I'm sure makes a difference to the EPA but is going to be wrong once you start modding the engine.
