What do you think of this turbo?

It's hard to say because it doens't really give you any info on it.

It's a TO4B housing which is large like what a 60-1 or FP Red runs. A T3/T3 50Trim is T04E which is smaller. There is no mention to what trims the turbo is or exactly what it is at all.

Email the guy and ask him, maybe he will provide a bunch of info that will help you in your selection. There are lots of mystery turbos on ebay which are worth a damn so you need to be careful what you buy from there.

That is a turbo from bullseye power. I talked to them once and they have one or two trims to choose from for the same price. Go to their website www.bullseye-power.com and there is a phone number, give them a call.

For a street car there are better choices. The turbo isn't very efficient, and the surge line is farther to the right than most good turbos, meaning that it will surge if the maker matches it to a quick spooling hot side. To avoid compressor surge the maker should match that compressor with a larger exhaust wheel and housing, which causes more lag. That's not the best combination for a street turbo. Even on a race car that turbo will need a VERY good intercooler.

The TO4B has a 2.75" inlet and a 2" outlet, the TO4E has a 3" inlet and a 2" outlet; the TO4E flows better.

I don't know why some places put 60-1 compressors in the TO4B housing, but it seems to be common for some reason even though that housing is smaller than the TO4E.

Yes you are correct, TO4B is 2.75" inlet, T04E is 3" and TO4S is the 4" inlet, mybad. I didn't even think a 60-1 wheel would fit in a housing like that, thats pretty dumb.

This turbo has a V-trim compressor wheel, not a 60-1. Its more of a 16g alternative, for 300-400 hp.
