2500 for a good paint job...not amazing....i think he would want a little more for the tvr. I have some dark bronze rims too so i think that subru blue or the supra blue would be really cool. Right now its got the greyish purple color. With many, many imperfections. But not for long MWAHAHAHAHA

I saw it some where on here I think but it was a deep black and a blue pearl top coat. It looked soooooooooooo perty.

I think the graphite grey from the Evo MR would be pretty hot. Or the G35 light-ish blue, or the crazy Laguna Seca blue on the M3s.

No matter what paint you choose, make sure you only apply one nano-thin layer.

However, don't skimp to much when painting the rear of the car, because that's where you need the weight.

Wouldn't you want the paint to look good seeing as you just spent 2500.00 on it? Typically a "nano-thin" layer won't do that.

Are you trying to suggest weight savings or weight biase with paint? LOL

The weight savings wouldn't be very much.

Back in the day NASA used to paint the Orbiter fuel tanks white. They stopped painting them and only saved 500kg or so (it's a gigantic tank).

I forget what the name of it is, but the color of Shep's 1g. I think it would look nice on a 2g. But make sure you do a gloss black roof.

i like that blue sapphire pearl. One thing that i was thinking about was how often the door handles break. Plus driving in detroit...maybe i should go with black...or not paint the handles...

Black gets dirty FAST. Also, my door handle has never broken, I dont know what you people are doing but STOP IT.

or just buy 5 sets of handles and make him paint it with the car. Tell him its for the front bumper speed scoops. DRIFT WAGGGGON

Does fungus count as an animal?

If so, I'm going to have to disagree.
