early evo. but there isnt anything in picture to determine if its 1, 2 or 3.

Hm my ecu is from an evo 1 but the one who sold it to me says it is from an evo 3. Can an evo 1 ecu fit in evo 3 engine?

for the engine, not so many ways to tell unless you check the cam profiles and pistons.

evo 1 ECU - 7701
evo 2 ECU - 2468
evo 3 ECU - 2364

yep my ecu is 7701 but the engine shop said this was from an evo 3. so i am wondering if a 7701 can be used for a 4g63t from an evo 3.

can i also use 7701 to my other engine?
