I will need to remove the lines in the lower half of the picture when I attempt to repair my strut tower rust problem in a few weeks. But I'm not exactly sure what they are, or what the proper way to remove them is?

Another question I have is what kind of metal should I get to weld in on the strut tower? Steel, of course. But thickness, gauge, idk, etc???

And can anyone give me a link or tell me how to take the fender off? I will obviously need to do this also when tackling the rust.

The others look like Power Steering.
I would try to unbolt what you can to create slack to move them oe disassemble them.
For the strut tower, see if you can find a donor piece from a yard,it will probably offer the best fit, even if it's only a patch.
Remove calk around the desired area, drill out spot welds and replace with donor part.

I would much rather just use new metal for the towers, does any one know the specs on what metal to use? I mean I have no problem at all with doing a little bending and shaping to get it right. I just don't want to have to deal with this problem again. And I plan on owning the car for a long time still...

If we're me personaly, especialy if you plan to keep the car, I would soucre the donor part.
My Bro is a collision and body guy,(asked him about the steel/guage ?)he even says go with a correctly fitting piece.
I know it will be a pain either way,Rust sucks!
