wondering what type/ brand boost guage to go with if anyone has any suggestions for something easy to install, thanks

+1 on the auto meter ultra-lite 30/30 boost gauge. IMO it's easy to read and looks clean.

There are two types of boost gauges....mechanical or electric/electronic. There are a lot of companies out there that make boost gauges. Try sticking with some of the more well known ones such as AutoMeter, Greddy, AEM and try to stay away from the cheap ones on ebay.

I've got a "Faze", they were out of the auto meter, and I hate it. It glows blue/green has cheap plastic line that I've almost completely replaced with rubber vacuum line, and it only reads when it wants to. However if you want the brightest display available the Faze may be it...definatly hook up the dimmer!

i had the autometer and it was fine for me just be careful and watch it LOL.....

i never watched mine and i messed up my gst
