I just bought this car and when I did everything worked pretty good exept till now

It was raining and the car fogged up and i noticed that the back defogger wasn't working. I looked in back and it wasn't plugged in for some odd reason. I plugged it in and it works fine

exept..

Now the power locks don't work and neither does the dome light or reading lights.
I checked the fuse and all are still good but it didn't turn on the power locks or the lights.
I even unplugged the rear defogger and still didn't fix those problems.
Did i burn something out? did the back window cause these problems or am i dreaming that up? Has anyone else had this problem before?

I am no expert... but shouldn't you NOT plug stuff in with the battery still on or something like that??? Maybe you shorted something... not sure man... that sucks though... i feel bad for you, and hope it doesn't happen to me (knock on wood)

Ok Never mind

I fixed the problem thankgoodness.
I kept playing around with the fuse box and the fuse that was in there looked intacted but maybe wasn't getting a good contact. However i got both the lights and the door locks working!!! thanks Icedragon for replying. If i do anything electrical i will unplug the battery next time.
