weard buzing

ok, my 90 talon hasn't Ben ruining right for 3 months, i know i need to send out my ECU to get rebuilt, my car will run for a week then not start for 2 months, but this last week when ever my key isn't turned to the on position then theres a really weird buzzing noise, like when u open a old Toyota truck, but its coming from a little square box in front of the ecu under the radio amp. what the hell is it and y is it buzzing? any help would be good

That is your mpi relay. Get the ecu fixed and the buzzing should go away.
