WBO2 cycining?

How large of a cycle are you talking about? At idle it's normal for the WB reading to fluctuate a little bit. At idle my WB will fluctuate from about 14.8 to 15.4. But the WB should not be cycling with a large variance like the NB signal.

Is this cycling that you are talking about showing up on the gauge or as a logged voltage reading?

Yes the WBO2 will fluctuate when in closed loop(idle, cruising), but when the car goes into open loop(flooring it or getting on the throttle) the AFR should read fairly steady.
