Sorry this may be quite long but please bear with me.
I have an Innovate LC-1 w/ DB gauge. I'm not sure if I have it hooked up correctly. Last week I wired up the WB and gauge. This is how it currently is.
WB:
Brown: ECU
Red - 12v (ignition wire)
Blue/White - same ground
Black - calibration wire
Yellow - not used
DB Gauge:
Red - 12v (ignition wire since i was getting 9 blink sequence from radio 12v)
Black - connected to the LC-1's white ground
White - connected to the LC-1's brown
Yellow - not used
The first time I tried to calibrate I held the push botton down for 20 seconds. blinks 2 x's and i release the push button. plug the sensor to the controller and hold the push botton down. It then gives me a 9 blink sequence. After reading and re-reading the manual I decided to find a new location for the 12v power.
At this point I wasn't sure if I have to hold the push button down for ON so I had a spare flip switch that I used instead of the push button. After I swapped the 12v power (to my ignition wire) I redid the calibration. I got my 2 blink sequence and after 20 seconds with the with switch flipped to ON. I flipped it to OFF and connected my sensor to the controller and flipped the switch to ON. I got fast LED blinking lights and finally a steady LED Light. I immediately turned the flip switch to off and screwed in the o2 sensor. thinking everything is fine now.
My Gauge however reads a blinking 7.4. At this point I'm thinking I messed something up. I pull out the sensor and want to go back and redo the calibration. I'm getting the initial 2 blink sequence. However after I plug up the sensor the the controller I'm still getting only a 2 blink sequence.
Do I need to recalibrate? Can I powercycle the controller and if so how can I do that?
