Whats the easiest way to get the pulley back on??? It came off without a hitch but now i can seem to get the motor tilted enough to throw the bolts back in...

Thought about loosening the center mount ( behind radiator ) to see if that would give me some more range..

Any help is appreciated

Get a couple of 8mm x .125 studs about an inch long and a couple of nuts. Thread the stud into the waterpump shaft, install the pulleys and snug down with the nuts. Then put the other two bolts in, remove the nuts and studs, install the last two bolts.

It's almost impossible to line up both pulleys with the holes in the waterpump without them twisting or falling off the shaft.

Ive run into more problems, got the pulley on and now its not firing up.. Fired up before i installed the pulley. Going to take it all back apart and make sure im still lined up... If not, would anyone be able to swing by and help me out one night?? Ill supply beer and pizza :thumb:
