wastgate install??

can anyone tell me if my wastegate is hooked up right
for some reason i cant run under 10 psi

Run a vac line from a boost source directly to your wastegate and see if that changes anything. If it doesn't then the spring in your wastegate is a 10psi spring and you will have to change out to a softer spring to lower boost. If it does go lower then you need to adjust your mbc or take it out completely if you can't adjust it anymore.

Isnt the top port on the wastegate only used for electronic boost controllers? Mine goes from vac line teed from the bov to the mbc then from the boost controller to the side port of the wastegate.

Agreed. Leave the top open and run the side to the mani or any othe boost soucre. I made my own boost source in my ic pipe. Works great for the wastegate.
