waste gate control silinoid valve

the tube leading from my intake to my waste gate silinoid is broke off at the silinoid. is the bad for my car\ what does this affect. any tips on how to fix or a good site to replace it. i am in the prosses of reviving the 91 talon tsi awd i bought a mounth ago trying to get her back to good running condition.

I wouldn't even bother buying another wg solenoid, just run off of the wastegate or buy a cheap mbc.
