Hey guys I'm back again with the same problem. Its been getting worse over time. The car will fire up cold but will idle and rev very missing until coolant temp is reached to 99 degrees, I have no clue why. When the car is warm its endless trying to crank it over to fire. Most of the time I have to let it sit for a little while till it fires up. I have swapped these known good parts (out of a running DSM) and still no luck:

ISC/IAC motor
Igniter/transistor
Coil pack
Spark plu wires
MFI relay
Coolant temp sensor
Injectors
ECU

I'm assuming you are using dsmlink. If that is the case you can going into the direct access tables ang use the coolant based fuel adjustment. This should help out the cold start issue. For the hot start issue I would try clicking the hot start enrichment tab that is located in the misc section of ecmlink configure live.

Well if def did sound like the ECT so I bought a brand new one from the autoparts store and did the same thing, then I dedcided to try my friends OEM ECT sensor. I will be testing the ISC coils and swapping the MFI relay. Keep the suggestions coming. Thanks for the link, I looked through that before.

-Reporting back-
ISC motor, coils within spec. Swapped MFI relay. Still no success. Any more areas I should pay attention to?
