Want to make auto AC switch. Anyone know electronics?

How easy would it be to make a switch that is before the AC compressor and is opened by the TPS for example after say 40% throttle, which itself has a switch to turn it on? Sounds simple right? Is it?

I would love to be able to make something like that so that I can comfortably drive with AC but the moment I want to drive fast without the hindrance of the AC the system would shut it off. What do you guys/gals think? Or is this an old idea and I can but one online for $300 please give me the link? Thanks

Ever hear of K.I.S.S.? If you had to turn off ac to decrease the load on the engine just depress the ac button. Viola! No need to rig something up.

I know Mazda rx8 has it that way when you accelerate hard it shuts the A/C for like 5 seconds and them comes on I don't know how they. Have it set up.

I have to refresh my memory to see if the factory code for the 1G ECUs does this already or if it was just something that Todd Day added when he did the TMO chips and we copied the idea later. I seem to remember the factory code doing it but that Todd lowered the TPS setting where it kicked in.

I would expect the 2G's (NA or turbo) already do something like this where the compressor clutch is turned off under high engine load given how simple it is.

So it already exists but only on the 2g I'll presume. I'll also presume it's common in at least some cars today, though I don't recall noticing it in any cars I've driven though maybe you wouldn't notice if you weren't looking. So how do 1g'ers get it?

I found in another for my other car some people will use a vacuum switch, I guess any ol "vacuum switch" you find that fits the application.
