ok so i went to install a walbro 255 hp pump and i was looking at the vfaqs and i ran into a problem on the vfaqs the wire connections are in the front on the install and when i did it i cant line it up like that because the connection for the intank fuel filter would be blocked i would have to connect it with the wire connections behind where the metal fuel line is and i ran into the problem that i couldnt do it because there wasnt enough room any ideas? need help

i need a way to get that pump in so i can also run the 560 injectors to go with the 16g thats in the car already just to lay it out i didnt put the turbo in i just picked up the car with it in already

pictures? you would always lengthen the wire and make sure that the piece you solder is COMPLETELY covered. I never had a problem with my 3 pumps

I installed all of mine the same way. On the hanger right behind the pump is a screw. That is where the ground goes. Now the hot can go behind or in front of the fuel line. It doesn't matter as long as it is not in contact with the ground

im not talking about where the wires go them self im just useing them as a reference point
you see how the pump is connected here http://vfaq.com/proj-pics/pump/1GAWD/newpump28med.jpg they way i would have to do is turn the pump 180 degrees because the spot to put the filter is on the opposite end of where it is in the picture and thats what i was having trouble with was getting the pump in that way

oh wait you are talking about spinning the pump so the wire socket is in the front?
